Since its beginning, the main objective of our company has been to offer our clients a wide range of products based on this principal and, above all, on the quality of the product and its ingredients. Their origin and quality is especially important to us.
We have a wide variety of products which allows us to differentiate ourselves from our direct competitors and places us among the leading companies in the industrial patisserie sector. All this has allowed a constant evolution both in the production facilities and the automation of the production lines. We currently have 3 production lines with a capacity of 30 tonnes per day.
Our range comprises 30 product families, with our sponge cakes being our star product. Another important range is our madeleines. We make them in different varieties, shapes and weights.
We market our products under two brands: Montes Lara and Mas Aliu, with the aim of being able to cover the totality and variety of distribution channels. Because of this, we have a widespread distribution in the domestic market and strong growth in the international markets.
Our Research and Development department continuously researches new recipes and flavours to surprise and delight the consumer. We are constantly searching to benefit the consumer, either with new ingredients with which to develop our products or with improvements in packaging to ensure maximum conservation. We have a strict system of internal quality control which guarantees homogeneity throughout the production process, so we can say that all of our products reach our customers in the same condition.
We offer our products in various formats: package, box, bulk, singly and in plastic containers.. We add new formats according to the demands of the market.
We are a member of Ecoembalajes España SA, with number 01253. In addition, the company has food safety certificates IFS, BRC and Halal.
Actualmente estamos trabajando para reducir la utilización de plástico en nuestros productos: cambiando las bandejas de plástico por bandejas de cartón y, embolsando de forma distinta los productos, reduciendo el plástico un 15%.
